About me

Charlotte is an Illustrator living in Warwickshire, UK.

 Specialising in narrative illustration for a variety of ages, she enjoys creating work to help people communicate and open up conversations. Taking inspiration from her work with mental health charities and therapy services, she believes that creative expression plays a vital role in our emotional development, and picture books provide a safe space for children to explore their curiosity about themselves and the wider world around them.

When she’s not drawing, she’s often found in a dance studio or out in nature looking for inspiration!

Achievements

Cornwall’s Heroes Award 2025 for her work with local mental health charities.

First Class (Hons) in BA Illustration from Falmouth University in 2023.

Longlisted for the 2023 World Illustration Awards.

Her book I Need To Tell You Something was selected by an international jury of publishers for the 2022 Dpictus Unpublished Picturebook Showcase, exhibited at the World Book Fair in Bologna, Italy, 2023.
